Fish-Feeding vs. Feeding-on-Fish: An Omnivorous Bachelor's Take on Ecoliving at Nuvali

Nuvali in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is designed to encourage man to live harmoniously with nature, as explained by my real estate broker friend. And he went on to tell me that his children enjoyed fish feeding and boating at Solenad in Nuvali.

The wonderful experience made him and his wife want to relocate to Venare, also in Nuvali.

Well, it would be a good day for me should my friend and his family relocate to Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

You see, this friend has been a drinking buddy way back since we were in high school.

We can drink ice-cold San Miguel beer at Solenad while feeding-on-fish!

Discussions with a Real Estate Broker of Nuvali

My good friend, who is a real estate broker of Nuvali, invited me for a cup of coffee. Well, make that bottomless iced-tea to beat the scorching heat.

He discussed his desire to have an online presence.

"Why not start a blog?", I asked. It took us three hours talking about blogging. And that was just the initial discussion.

With my help, he will blog about possible lifestyles and experiences at Nuvali, like bird watching, cycling and running, activities I shun entirely.

Thinking about those activities makes me grab an ice-cold beer...you know, to hydrate.

Well, good luck to you, my real estate broker friend!

I just hope you include a favorite topic of mine,
bachelorettes in Nuvali!

Nuvali, a Bird Watcher's Paradise

A very good friend of mine, a real estate broker, invited me to visit the bird sanctuary at Nuvali, in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

"A bird sanctuary? What do you do in a bird sanctuary?", I asked.

"Bird watching.", my good friend replied. "I'll bring along Julius so he can shoot photos of the birds at the sanctuary", he added.

I haven't really done bird watching, but I have done lots of chick-watching. In fact, chick-wathcing is a favorite activity of mine especially whenever I meander in malls to beat the prickly summer heat.

Well, I can't turn down this particular friend. During a very dark episode in my life, he was there to lend a helping hand. So, I had to say yes.

Nuvali, here I come!
